En cualquiera de estas situaciones, adem\u00e1s de conocer qu\u00e9 clase de finca tenemos entre manos (en este caso un terreno o solar), tambi\u00e9n debemos contar con la tipolog\u00eda o uso del inmueble: si es&nbsp;r\u00fastico, urbano o urbanizable;
